Right the only thing I've found is that unprocessed it contains something that cyanide can be made from. Heating the flower destroys this though and cordial will have been heated. So don't go eating "excessive" amounts of raw elderflowers, like you would haha!
Haha thanks ladies!! I've been drinking it instead of wine if I'm out etc and bought a bottle of the cordial today and suddenly thought I'd read somewhere it was a no no!! I'll go enjoy a nice glass with ice just now, it may be raining but I'm overheating lol take care xxx.
